10 Recipes by Using Peanut Butter

Everyone knows that just by spreading peanut butter on white bread, it can already make us happy. But since we have so much time at home, why not use the peanut butter more creatively to make awesome food! Elvis Sandwich

  • 2 pieces Toast
  • Banana
  • Bacon
  • Butter
  • Peanut butter
  • Honey (optional)


  • First put the toast into the oven and lightly bake for a few minutes, till the surface is slightly hard, then spread peanut butter and readily cut banana pieces onto it.
  • Cook the bacon, and put it on top of the banana pieces, you can sprinkle on some honey, then use another piece of toast to cover it.
  • Use a hot pan to melt the butter, put the sandwich into the pan and fry on both sides till golden brown and crispy then it's done.

Banana Peanut Butter Muffins

Wet ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Egg
  • 20 g Peanut butter

Dry ingredients

  • 60 g Flour
  • 25 g Oat
  • 1.5 g Baking powder
  • Moderate amount of salt


  • Mash the bananas, add in peanut butter and eggs and mix evenly.
  • Pour in all the dry ingredients, then mix till there are no dry particles, but don't mix it too much.
  • Spread a thin layer of oil onto the mold, pour in the batter.
  • Put it in the oven at 180C and bake for 30 minutes.

Chocolate Cheese Cake

  • 230 g Peanut butter
  • 200 g Dark chocolate
  • 100 g Cream cheese
  • 10 g Condensed milk (optional)
  • Moderate amount of digestive biscuits


  • Melt the chocolate and peanut butter together by using double boiler method, then add in cream cheese that has been softened at room temperature and mix evenly.
  • Add in condensed milk and mix, put some oil paper onto the mold in advance.
  • Pour one layer of the chocolate mixture into the mold, spread one layer of biscuit pieces, then pour in another layer of chocolate mixture, continue this process until the mold is full.
  • Put it in the freezer for 8 hours then you can cut into small pieces and eat!

Peanut Butter Brownies


  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Banana
  • 20 g Milk
  • 15 g Peanut butter
  • 4 g Baking powder
  • 25 g Flour


  • Mash the bananas into paste, sieve all the powder ingredients, and beat the eggs.
  • Mix all the ingredients together, pour it into the mold, and sprinkle your favorite toppings on the surface.

Peanut Butter Banana Cheese Chapati

  • 1 piece Tortilla wrap
  • 10 g Peanut butter
  • 1 g Cheese
  • 40 g Banana
  • 1 g Egg


  • Take one piece of tortilla wrap and spread one layer of peanut butter on it.
  • Cut 40g of banana into small pieces, beat the eggs and mix them together with the bananas, spread on tortilla wrap.
  • Cut 20g of cheese into pieces and spread on the banana egg mixture.
  • Fold in the tortilla wrap, use the cheese to stick the edges together, this way the egg mixture won't flow out.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, bake for 20 minutes then it's done.

Banana Peanut Butter Ice Cream

  • Banana
  • Peanut butter


  • Put a sheet of waxed paper onto a plate to prevent sticking, cut the bananas into a suitable length.
  • Put a stick into the bananas and place it on the waxed paper, use a spoon to evenly spread peanut butter on top, put it in the freezer for at least 2 hours, then it's done.

Peanut Butter Cookies


  • 252 g Peanut butter
  • 216 g Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 128 g Chocolate chips


  • Place the peanut butter, sugar and egg into a bowl and mix it together until it is smooth. Add about ¾ of the chocolate and mix it through.
  • Place ice-cream scoops of cookie dough onto a tray with some space between. Then use your hand to flatten each one and add extra chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake in the oven at 180C until they start to brown on the edges, then take them out.

Peanut Butter Cheesecake Bites Recipe

  • 126 g Peanut butter
  • 250 g Cream cheese
  • 32 g Icing/powdered sugar popsicle sticks
  • 150 g Chocolate for coating
  • Sprinkles / crushed peanuts for decoration


  • Whip together all of the ingredients until smooth and fluffy.
  • Pour into a square plastic container lined with baking paper and poke popsicle sticks into the top evenly spacing them. Place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
  • Slice into cubes, dip in tempered chocolate and immediately dip into sprinkles or crushed peanuts to decorate.

Two Ingredients Peanut Butter Fudge

  • 225 g Peanut butter
  • 200 g Chocolate


  • Add the chocolate to the peanut butter and melt it in the microwave for 30.
  • Seconds stir, 20 seconds stir and if needed an additional 10 seconds stir. Pour into a tray and leave to set in the fridge.

Peanut Butter Refrigerator Cake Recipe

  • 476 Cream (35% fat)
  • 3 tbsp Icing sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 750 g Plain chocolate flavored biscuits
  • 100 g Peanut butter to decorate
  • 300 g Cream (35% fat)
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla
  • ¼ cup Icing sugar


  • Put the peanut butter, cream and icing sugar into a bowl and whisk with electric beaters until you have stiff peaks.
  • Take one biscuit and sandwich it to the next one using peanut butter cream. Take another put cream on it and add it to the first ones, continue to add more cookies until you have three rows.
  • Take your extra cream and icing sugar, put it into a bowl with some vanilla and whip it to firm peaks.
  • Use that to cover the whole outside of the dessert. Then decorate it how you like. Place it in the fridge for an hour for the cookies to soften.

Peanut Butter Pretzel Bites Recipe

  • 1 cup Peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • ½ cup Powdered/ icing sugar
  • ¾ cup Brown sugar Pretzels
  • 150 g Chocolate for coating


  • Mix together the peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar and brown sugar until it comes together.
  • Roll a tablespoon of mixture into a ball and sandwich it between 2 pretzels.
  • Place them in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  • Coat one half in chocolate and leave to set on non-stick baking paper or foil. Serve cold.
