Fried squid is something that almost all Malaysians love!
It goes well on its own or even better with some spicy chilli sauce.
And it’s not actually very hard to make it. Here is how you do it!
You will need this ingredients:
- 1 cup potato flour
- 1 cup cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons of flour (Bestari Flour was used for this recipe)
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Steps to prepare:
1. Clean you squid
2. Add all the flours, salt and black pepper into a bowl and mix well.
3. In another bowl, mix the squid with the egg.
4. Then coat the squid with the flour mixture.
5. Start frying away until the squid turns golden brown!
See! It’s so simple! You can make it in less than half an hour.
