Most of us can’t resist chicken nuggets.
However, we can’t deny that it’s not so healthy to buy them frozen and fry them like how we usually do. Frozen pre-packed food has always been not such a good option because you can never be sure of the nutrition content or type of meat used to make it.
So what about making your own chicken nuggets!? You will be able to enjoy these wonderful snacks while knowing it’s a whole lot healthier!
Shall we get to it then?
- Chicken breast
- Corn flour (for the coating)
- Once you have all your ingredients, simply blend them all except for the flour.
- Then shape them into balls or use a mould to get cute little shapes.
- Coat the dough then with the flour and fry them. You can also bake them if you prefer.
- Enjoy with a side of tomato or chilli sauce or by itself!
