We all crave for delicious food especially when we are on a diet.
This is very normal because we have been limiting our food intake and restricting ourselves from possible unhealthy cravings. The thing is, if we continue to do that, we might actually end up quitting on our diet sooner that we know it.
The reason is because we have been making it too hard on ourselves and just can’t take it any longer! (we’re all guilty of that, it’s ok)
The best way to go on a diet and stay on it, is to not limit your food intake, instead you should switch up the food you eat for more healthier options that are still tasty! You can also incorporate some of your cravings once in a while. It’s definitely okay to have a few cheat days!
So here are some tasty food to enjoy while on a diet:

Then add in the pasta.

Garnish it with cheese, pepper and parsley. (you can skip the cheese if you prefer)
