Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies

Total Time 33 mins


  • ½ + ¼ cup AP Flour
  • ¼ cup Lurpak Unsalted Butter melted
  • 2 nos Egg
  • 1 Yolk
  • 1 ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 6-8 nos Dark Chocolate


  • Melt Lurpak Unsalted Butter until brown and add both of the sugar.
  • Mix until the sugar are melted. Let is cool and add egg.
  • Combine the flour, salt and baking soda until well incorporated. Add the dark chocolate.
  • Bake in 180°c oven for 13 minutes.
  • Take it out and drizzle peanut butter and bake it again for 8 minutes.

Marble Butter Cake


  • 227 g Lurpak Unsalted Butter
  • 400 g Castor Sugar
  • 2 nos Egg
  • 2 ½ tsp Vanilla
  • 320 g Sour Cream
  • 340 g Self Raising Flour
  • ¼ cup Arla Whipping Cream
  • 160 g Chocolate
  • 1 tsp Cocoa Powder


  • Cream Lurpak Unsalted butter and sugar until pale and the egg and vanilla.
  • Once fully mix add the remaining ingredients.
  • Mix until fully incorporated.
  • Pipe with your own creativity and bake it in 180°c oven.

Raya Pandan Cake

Prep Time 20 mins
Cook Time 30 mins
Total Time 50 mins


  • 1 ½ cups All Purpose Flour
  • ½ tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ cup Lurpak Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup White Sugar
  • 2 nos Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • ½ cup Arla Whipping Cream
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 2 nos Screwpine Leaves


  • In a blender, blend Arla Whipping Cream, water and the screwpine leaf.
  • Sift it and set aside.
  • Sift all the dry ingredients and set aside.
  • Ina bowl, beat the butter and sugar until it is pale in color and slowly add in eggs.
  • Add in flour and pandan mixture alternately
  • Once fully incorporated, transfer it into a 7 inch baking mold. Bake in 180°c oven for 30 minutes.

Cheddar Scone

Prep Time 20 mins
Cook Time 30 mins
Total Time 50 mins


  • 450 g Self Raising Flour
  • 150 g Lurpak Unsalted Butter
  • 2 nos Egg
  • 4 tbsp Arla Organic Fresh Milk
  • 50 g Arla Cheddar (block)
  • 100 g Sugar


  • Process flour and Lurpak Unsalted Butter until it become crumbly.
  • Add in remaining ingredients and roll it out.
  • Cut with cookie cutter and then place it on baking tray.
  • Brush with Arla Organic Fresh Milk and then grate cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake in 200°c oven for 30 minutes

Semperit Susu Rangup

Prep Time 20 mins
Cook Time 9 mins
Total Time 29 mins


  • 250 g Lurpak Unsalted Butter
  • 230 g Condensed Milk
  • 400 g Corn Starch
  • 24 g Custard Powder
  • 30 g Milk Powder


  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Transfer into piping bag x4 layer with star tip.
  • Pipe.
  • Put cherries on top and bake in 180°c oven for 9-12 minutes.

Caramel Honey Corn Flakes

Prep Time 20 mins
Cook Time 8 mins


  • 250 g Lurpak Unsalted Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 150 g Honey
  • 400 g Corn Flakes
  • 159 g Chopped Cranberries


  • Combine sugar and honey and cook it until it reaches 124°c.
  • Quickly add Lurpak Unsalted Butter.
  • Then add in chopped Cranberries and stir.
  • Slowly add cornflakes and then mix it slowly.
  • Transfer into mini paper cup and bake in 180°c oevn for 8 minutes.
