There are so many types of cheese with different aromas and flavours that go from fruity to citrusy taste and when you put it in a tart, now it’s a bite-sized delight! There’s almost an endless option to combine cheese with another ingredient that makes it way better so let’s take a look at some places that share this goodness.

1. Hokkaido Cheese Tart

It would be a little odd to not know about this brand because it is quite famous among the crowd and has many branches around Malaysia. The cheese is surprisingly soft when you bite into it while the hard crust keeps the content from bursting out. You can taste the cheesiness coming through despite the crust trying to keep it together.

A unique thing about the brand is that they also serve some interesting tarts such as durian cheese tart and butterfly pea lemon cheese tart, which is hard to find in another store unless you got it here.

Each place has its way of making the cheese tarts which makes certain outlets with milder cheese fragrant while others have a creamy texture. Some people might not like the strong cheese fragrance but occasionally enjoy a good cheese-tart so it is best to have a chance to explore different baking styles done by each outlet.

Some places might also have a better gooey texture so it takes one to experience it to only know what fits their taste.
