Ace Media Network acquired by Mediaload, strives to be Southeast Asia’s leader in influencer network

Ace Media Network (AMN) is committed to becoming the leading influencer network in Southeast Asia after the acquisition by Mediaload, a digital media company based in Singapore.

According to AMN’s CEO, Ben Wong, he and his team are overjoyed with the acquisition of Mediaload and are looking forward to the next adventure. “Their track record, innovation and interest in developing and nurturing digital media technology will be a bigger impetus for us to create more dynamic and fluid solutions to our clients here in Malaysia and hopefully to the rest of the region,” added Ben. AMN actively owns and operates two portals, and as well as founded and manages KOMACI Network, an influencer tech company. Over the last six years, the company has collaborated with a number of well-known brands, including Tourism Malaysia, Domino’s, AirAsia, and Carlsberg.

KOMACI Network has over 9,000 influencers and can help AMN’s clients, such as Tourism Malaysia, speak to a local audience. “And KOMACI will now have access to regional influencers for local and international brands using our platform as the main conduit,” Ben explained.

Vichet In, the CEO of Mediaload, believes that the company has discovered the right fit with AMN’s outstanding data-driven platform technologies and KOMACI, their influencer platform.

AMN was created in 2016 with the intention of providing value to advertisers through digital media. This organisation has displayed impressive data-proven success in delivering engaging brand stories and media consumption engagement.

With this acquisition, AMN will be able to expand into neighbouring countries and build on its success in Malaysia because its solutions can be customised to meet local requirements.
