Crunchy Burnt Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 340 g
Golden Churn Butter - 500 g Flour
- 300 g Icing Sugar
- 200 g Milk Powder
- ½ cup Raisin
Instructions
- Melt the butter slowly, remove any milk solid that float on top
- Continue cook and stir on low heat until the milk solid is burnt and sink to the bottom
- Filter it out, you will get approximately 250g of burnt butter.
- Add the hot butter into the flour bowl and mix in 200g of milk powder.
- Mix until it combine together, and make a small balls
- Put the raisin on top and bake in 180°c oven for 12 minutes
- Coat it with the mixture of remaining milk powder and icing sugar.
