Ingredients
- 1 lb Powdered sugar (about 4 cups)
- 3 tbsp Meringue powder
- 1/4 cup Water (plus more for thinning)
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and add water if necessary.
- Colour it with the icing.

- 3 ounces Pasteurized egg whites
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 4 cups Confectioners's sugar
