Easy Lemon Cheesecake Bars (No-bake!)
Ingredients
For The Crust
- 5 tbsp
Unsalted butter (melted) - 66 g
Sugar - 204 g
Graham cracker crumbs
For The Filling
- 1 tbsp Lemon zest
- 80 ml Lemon juice
- 150 g
Sugar - 1 large
Egg (lightly beaten) - 1 tsp
Vanilla extract - 453 g
Cream cheese (softened) Icing sugar (for topping)
