Fun Recipes To Try With Betty Crocker Pancake Mix

Most people probably use Betty Crocker’s Pancake Mix for their own classic pancakes for breakfast but hey! Did you know you can cook something more and better than just pancakes? Check out these best ways to use Betty Crocker Malaysia Pancake Mix!

Lollipop Pancake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Betty Croker Pancake Mix
  • cup Milk
  • 1 nos Egg
  • ½ cup Strawberries
  • ½ cup Blueberries
  • ¼ cup Chocolate sauce

Instructions

  • Mix Betty Croker Pancake Mix with milk and egg. Stir until it has no lumps.
  • Heat up non stick pan on medium heat and put some oil on it.
  • Drop 1tbsp of pancake batter each time to have a small pancake sized.
  • Once pancake has slightly cooled, use a lollipop stick or a skewer and push it through the mini oancakes.
  • And put some strawberries and blueberries through the skewer then drizzle with some chocolate sauce,

Waffles

  • Heat up waffle maker.
  • Mix Betty Crocker Pancake Mix, milk and oil together with a fork until there are not lumps.
  • Pour pancake batter until it ¾ filled the waffle maker.
  • Close it for about 5-8 minutes until it is golden brown in clour.
  • Remove from waffle maker, put some cold cubed butter and drizzle with some maple syrup on top.

Pizza Pancake

  • Heat up non stick pan.
  • Mix Betty Crocker Pancake Mix with milk and oil with a fork until there are no lumps.
  • Pour in about ½ cup of batter on the non stick pan over low heat. Let is slowly cook until there are bubbles forming.
  • Once the sides are slightly cooked, flip the pancake over.
  • Spread tomato puree on the pancake, then put mozzarella and cheddar cheese over it.
  • Topped it with pepperoni, capsicum and chicken.
  • Let it cook until the cheese has fully melted then remove from the pan.
  • Ready to serve.

Crepes

  • Mix Betty Crocker Pancake Mix with milk, egg and vanilla essence with a fork until there are no lumps.
  • The batter should be more watery.
  • Heat up non stick pan and grease it with some oil.
  • Pour in ½ cup batter in the middle of the non stick pan.
  • Quickly pick the pan up and tilt and twirl it until the batter covers the bottom of the pan.
  • Drop some nutella sauce and slice bananas on the crepe and fold it into half and then fold another half that forms a triangle.
  • Repe the same steps for the remaining batter.

Apple Pancake Rings

  • Mix Betty Crocker Pancake Mix with milk, ground nutmeg with a fork until there are no lumps.
  • Heat up non stick pan on medium heat.
  • Once pan has heated up, dip sliced apple into pancake batter and then place apple rings on the non stick pan.
  • After one side has cook, flip it over on the other side until it is golden brown.
  • Repeat the steps for the remaining apple slices.
  • Coat it with some cinnamon sugar and drizzle some maple syrup over it.
  • Serve warm.

Pancake Apam Balik

  • 2 cup Betty Crocker Pancake Mix
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 canned Corn
  • ¼ cup Butter
  • ½ cup Fine ground peanuts
  • ½ cup Sugar

Instructions

  • Mix Betty Crocker Pancake Mix with milk until there are no lumps.
  • Heat up non stick pan over medium heat.
  • Pour in ½ cup of batter on the non-stick pan.
  • turn down the heat and let it cook.
  • Once it is slightly cooked with bubbles forming and there arent any liquid batter left, spread butter and 2 tbsp corn on the pan cake.
  • Sprinkle a generous amount of peanuts and sugar on the top.
  • Then fold it into half.
  • Remove from heat and use a sharp knife to cut it into smaller pieces.
  • Ready to serve.

Pancake Bento Box

Ingredients

  • 2 cup Betty Crocker Pancake Mix
  • 1 cup Milk
  • ¼ cup Chocolate chip
  • ½ cup Grapes
  • ½ cup Blueberries
  • 1 nos Apple (slices)
  • 1 nos Banana (slices)

Instructions

  • Mix Betty Crocker Pancake Mix with milk until there are no lumps.
  • Fold in chocolate chips.
  • Heat up non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • Pour in 1 tbsp of pancake batter each time on the non-stick pan.
  • Turn down the heat and let it cook.
  • Flip it and cook both sides until they are golden brown.
  • place it into bento box and filled the box with fruits of your choice.
