Justin Bieber has announced that the Justice World Tour ended with Rock In Rio and will be postponing the rest of his Justice World Tour dates to 2023. This includes all dates up to and including the 25th of March, 2023.

Bieber was scheduled to perform live on the upcoming 22nd of October 2022, which will be taking place at the National Stadium Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. Both the superstar and concert promoter, AEG Presents and PR Worldwide, recently announced that the remaining tour dates are postponed until further notice.

Bieber, who had been diagnosed with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, also postponed his tour dates before this. The singer shared in his previous tour announcement, “I realized that I need to make my health the priority right now.”
Nevertheless, the announcement was not an assured cancellation of the whole world tour until the latest information. PR Worldwide posted on its official Instagram and offered a few options for the ticketholders to the concert.

Starting the 7th of October through the 20th of October 2022, a 14-day window will be open for the ticketholders to submit a request to retain or refund the ticket. It can be made through a Request Form that will be emailed to the registered emails at the time of purchase.
The existing tickets will still be valid for the new date, and no additional cost will be charged to all ticketholders if you opt to retain the ticket. Every ticketholder will be reissued with a new ticket for the rescheduled show after a new show date is announced.
However, if you plan to request a refund, the organiser shared that you will not be refunded fully. “Only the face value of the tickets will be refunded as per the purchase terms and conditions. Ticket fees, processing fees, and bank charges will not be refunded,” stated PR Worldwide in their Instagram post.
The refunds must be made to the original card used during the time of purchasing the ticket and may take up to 30 days, depending on the processing bank. If you have not gotten your refund by the 21st of November 2022, kindly send a follow-up email to [email protected].

Some of the Instagram users expressed how they felt regarding the matter.
