Whether it be a hot Milo to keep us warm on a rainy day or even a cold Milo to help us get through those unbearably hot days, it is safe to say that the infamous Milo drink has been in our lives since forever. But of course, we’ve probably eaten the powder directly from the tin when we were kids at least once or twice before. Although it was good to do that, it just never felt enough. So, here’s an idea to help you get through your Milo munchings and satisfy your cravings the better way! Come and bake yourself a batch or two of these super easy and quick Milo Chocolate Chip Bars and feed the Milo monster that resides within you today!
Milo Chocolate Chip Bars
- 10 g Milo powder
- 150 g Glutinous rice flour
- 20 g Caster sugar
- 1 Egg
- 100 g Milk
- 20 g Corn oil
- Chocolate Chips
- In a bowl, add all ingredients except for the chocolate chips. Mix it well.
- Pour the mixture into a piping bag.
- Squeeze it onto the baking tray and sprinkle the chocolate chips.
- Bake at 180 C in the oven for 15 minutes.
