The Penne Chicken Pot Pie is filled with tender chicken cubes, healthy button mushrooms and vegetables. We made it with Pasta Rummo’s Penne, which is made of organic wheat semolina – rich in fibre! Torched with delicious mozzarella cheese for extra flavor, you gotta take a bite into this and enjoy it!

Penne Chicken Pot Pie
Ingredients
- 1 cup 200g Rummo Penne
- 3 tbsp 42g
Butter - 3 nos 12g Garlic
- 1 cup 150g Button Mushroom
- 1 cup 250g Diced Chicken
- ½ cup 125g Frozen peas, corn and carrot
- 1 cup 250ml
Cooking Cream
Instructions
- Boil water and cook the pasta till all dente
- In a pan saute garlic and onion and mushrooms
- Add in the chicken and cook until half cooked
- Add in the frozen vegetables
- Add in the cream and cook until thickened. Let it cool
- Once cool transfer into a remekin and put puff pastry on top
- Bake in 220°c oven for 20 minutes.
- Optional :- add some mozzarella and torch it for extra cheesy!
