Silky smooth Tau Foo Fah is one of the best-known street foods in Malaysia. It is soy bean pudding topped with a splash of sugary syrup of your choice. If you were ever wondering how to make this sweet delicacy, we got you!

Tau Foo Fah (Soy Bean Pudding)
Ingredients
Tofu Fa
- 1 L Homesoy original
- 1 ½ tbsp
Cornstarch - ½ tsp GDL
- 50 ml Water
Plam Syrup
- 100 g Plam Sugar
- 50 g
Honey - 100 g Water
- 100 g
Sugar
Spice Syrup
- 100 g
Sugar - 50 g
Honey - 100 g Water
- A pinch Clove Powder
A stick Cinnamon
Instructions
- Pour Homesoy Original and once boil lower the heat to simmer
- In a small bowl, add cornstarch and GDL and mix it with water to avoid lump
- Pour the mixture into hot soy milk pot and stir it quickly.
- Remove any bubbles.
- Turn off the heat and let it set for 20 minutes.
- Once set, plate it and serve it with the sweet syrup.
Syrups
- Combine Sugar, Honey and water and let it dissolve. Set aside.
- Repeat step for the other spice syrup
