  • Soak and boil the chickpeas for 3 hours. (You’ll get some soft and warm chickpeas!)
  • Cook in a slow cooker. (On high heat, it will take about 4 hours, while on low heat, you should heat it for 8 hours).
  • Boil a saucepan full of water and chickpeas for one minute at high heat. Then turn off the heat and let the chickpeas soak for 1 hour).
