Kin Kin Chilli Pan Mee is a dish consisting of flat noodles with chilli flakes, crispy fried anchovies, and a perfectly poached runny egg spread across seasoned bits of pork.  Every table has a jar of homemade chilli, so you can add extra chilli if your dish is not spicy enough. The restaurant is located in a quiet neighborhood however it still manages to attract a crowd during peak hours due to its popularity.

The clear soup broth derives its sweetness from the fresh seafood and the noodles come with the chosen mixed fish slices, fish balls, and baby oysters. Fatty Mee Hoon Kuih House is a restaurant in Taman Berkeley Klang that has been serving simple, good, and affordable mee hoon kuih or “hand-torn noodles” for decades. For those who have frequented this shop during their younger days, it brings back a sense of nostalgia. It is the best comfort food, especially on a rainy day. Goon Wah is famous for its Claypot XO Fish Head Noodles and their version of this dish is considered one of the best in Klang Valley. Diners frequent the Jia Li Mian Noodle House for its Asam Laksa and authentic northern Curry Mee. The Asam Laksa tastes sweet and sour and usually has 2 medium fish slices in the soup. You can also catch a whiff of the fragrant scent of bunga kantan in the soup. The Curry Mee, on the other hand, has a good amount of coconut milk in it to offset the spiciness of the sambal, it also contains a few pieces of “pig blood curd” which is a rare sight these days. An RM10 bowl of Laksa comes with shredded chicken meat, crunchy bean sprouts, and 2 medium-sized prawns which are as fresh as they come. Aunty Christina’s Sarawak Laksa does live up to the recommendations of those food bloggers, YouTubers, and food critics. With a variety of herbs and spices infused within the dish, the Laksa broth packs a punch.
