When it comes to scooping ice cream, there are techniques to consider as well. If you are using a round scoop, you should scoop the ice cream at an angle and in an s-shape; then around the tub of the ice cream to even off the top. Then it’s just a repeating process for you next one, two and hundredth scoop!
Dipping your scoop into hot water helps to ease the ice cream scooping process, but do note that it may leave a trail of water behind in the ice cream tub that will eventually turn into ice, which may bland the taste of your ice cream. If you would like to have an easier time scooping ice cream, we recommend leaving the ice cream out of the freezer for a few minutes for it to soften enough to be scooped easily.
