The Putra Mosque is the principal mosque of Putrajaya and its construction began in 1997. It was finally completed two years later. Located next to Perdana Putra, the house of the Malaysian Prime Minister’s office. The pink coloured domed Putra Mosque is constructed with rose-tinted granite.
