Whipping Cream Recipe Ideas

Wait! Don’t throw your leftover whipping cream just yet! 

Of course, we know you have tried the spoon to mouth approach but too much of raw whipping cream calls for queasiness. Hence, we’re giving you 6 recipes you can make with leftover whipping cream.

Chocolate Cake Roll

Prep Time 20 mins
Cook Time 20 mins
Total Time 40 mins


  • 5 eggs
  • 80 g Milk
  • 50 g Corn oil
  • 70g + 15g Sugar
  • 20 g Cocoa powder
  • 50 g Low gluten flour
  • 20 g Dark Chocolate
  • 150 g Whipping Cream
  • Few drops Lemon juice


  • Heat the dark chocolate and milk in microwave for 1 minute. Then add the corn oil into it and stir. Sift in cocoa powder, then out it aside and let it cool.
  • separate egg yolk from the white, pour in the egg yolk into the cooled chocolate milk and stir, then sift in low gluten flour and stir again till the mixture is smooth.
  • Beat the egg whites together with a few drops of lemon juice and 70g of sugar, then pour in the egg yolk mixture for 3 times and stir it evenly.
  • Bake it at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • Roll up the cake on a baking paper and keep the shape for 30 minutes
  • Beat the whipping cream and 15g of sugar together till it becomes a cream and spread it into then cake, roll it.

Creme Brulee

Prep Time 20 mins
Cook Time 30 mins
Total Time 50 mins


  • 80 g Milk
  • 90 ml Milk
  • 3 Egg yolks
  • 15 g Castor sugar
  • 100 ml Whipping cream


  • Add the castor sugar into the egg yolks and stir evenly.
  • Mix the whipping cream and milk, then pour it into a pot, heat it until it starts boiling.
  • After the milk mixture has cooled down, pour it into the egg yolk mixture and stir them.
  • Filter two times and pour it into the mould. Set then oven to 180 degrees and heat it for 10 minutes.
  • Put some water into baking tray, then put the mould on top and bake it for 30 minutes. Sprinkle some sugar on top and bake it for another 5 minutes, and it's done.

Oreo Mini Ice Cream

  • 30 g Milk
  • 15 g Castor sugar
  • 15 g Oreo cookie crumbs
  • 4 pieces Oreo cookie
  • 100 ml Whipping Cream


  • Mix together whipping cream and castor sugar, whip it will become smooth.
  • Add in oreo cookies crumbs and milk and stir evenly.
  • Separate the oreo cookie from the filling and put on into a paper cup.
  • Pour in the oreo ice cream mixture into the paper cup and add another oreo cookie on top.
  • Put it in the freezer and freeze it till it become ice cream.

Basque lava Burnt Cheesecake

Prep Time 20 mins
Cook Time 40 mins
Total Time 1 hr


  • 4 Eggs
  • 350 g Cream cheese
  • 10 g Cornstarch
  • 100 g Whipping cream
  • 60 g White granulated sugar


  • Use hot water to soften the cream cheese, add sugar and stir.
  • Add in 3 eggs with a egg yolk, pour it into the cream cheese for 3 separate times and stir.
  • Add in whipping cream and cornstarch. Mix well and filter it.
  • Pour the batter into amould with oily paper and shake out the bubbles.
  • Preheat the oven at 220 degrees for 15 minutes, put the batter in and bake for 25 minutes, the take it out, and let it cool in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

Sea Salt Cheese Foam

  • 1 g Salt
  • Milk (based on your preference)
  • 15 g Cream cheese
  • 80 ml Whipping cream


  • Add in cream cheese and salt.
  • Pour in the whipping cream and sugar.
  • Whip the cream cheese, adding a small amount of milk several times during the whipping.
  • After it is done try a little. If it is not thick enough you can add milk and continue to whip.
  • You can add this foam to your favourite drink.

Creamy Spaghetti


  • 100 ml Milk
  • 3 pieces Garlic
  • 3 Mushrooms
  • 100 ml Whipping cream
  • 100 g Spaghetti
  • 3 pieces Bacon
  • Black pepper and salt


  • In a pot, add salt water and cook the spaghetti.
  • Heat a pan, pour in the chopped garlic for fragrance, add bacon and fry it. Then add in mushrooms, milk and whipping cream.
  • Sprinkle in some black pepper and salt
  • Then add in the spaghetti and let the sauce thicken. It's done!
