Heat up non stick pan.
Mix Betty Crocker Pancake Mix with milk and oil with a fork until there are no lumps.
Pour in about ½ cup of batter on the non stick pan over low heat. Let is slowly cook until there are bubbles forming.
Once the sides are slightly cooked, flip the pancake over.
Spread tomato puree on the pancake, then put mozzarella and cheddar cheese over it.
Topped it with pepperoni, capsicum and chicken.
Let it cook until the cheese has fully melted then remove from the pan.
Ready to serve.
