Uhm.. Nasi lemak for breakfast is perfect for almost every Malaysian. This is why we gotta know the best places to get our daily fix.
1. Nasi Lemak Bumbung

The Nasi Lemak here is awesome. It’s also very reasonable for its price (RM6.50 with a fried chicken and egg). As strong as the smell of petai, that is how strong the locals love the sambal petai here.

The service is also fast (within 5 minutes) and customers are served with a wide smile.

2. Nasi Lemak Village Park Restaurant

People say the nasi lemak here is worth the wait. They say the fried chicken and strong coconut flavor of the rice is the highlight. There are actually 3 types of rice that you can choose from here!

3. NALE The Nasi Lemak Co

Yes it’s open till really late. So if you have late night nasi lemak cravings, (it’s weird but it’s also a real thing aite hahaha) you can hop on here.

The nasi lemak here is famous because of the rice. It’s fluffy and fragrant. For those who are into sweet sambals, you can get it here! Prices are reasonable too.

7. Nasi Lemak Peel Road

Chinese style Nasi Lemak that is super scrumptious! They have been here for sometime and the taste is consistently great!

There’s also an abundance of side dishes that you can choose! That’s my favourite thing about nasi lemak – you can mix and match side dishes to your preference.

They have a new place now that is bright and air conditioned so it’s quite comfortable.
