The dairy cream or known as dairy whipping cream is naturally extracted from dairy milk. This dairy cream has a greater fat percentage of up to 48% and also it gives a nice mouthfeel and creamy taste to your baking or cooking. Dairy cream can also be whipped into 3 stages which are soft peak, medium peak, and stiff peak. Still now, the main test with dairy whipping cream is that it is completely a natural product and not an unnaturally processed cream. The only contest lies in discovering the one best method that works for you is to whip the cream to a perfect consistency. Definitely, this would take several counts of errors and trials as well.

Non Dairy Whipping Cream / Topping Whipping Cream

The non-dairy topping is made from oils such as partially hydrogenated coconut and palm oil, and sweeteners such as corn syrup. Water and preservatives are also usually added. The earliest toppings were made from soy, but these were found to have a shorter shelf life than those made with oil. The partially hydrogenated oils used in most modern versions are associated with an increase in bad cholesterol due to trans fats. It is also cost-effective, a cheaper alternative to dairy cream, and produces more yield than dairy cream. Non-dairy cream also has a longer shelf life which is 2x longer than dairy cream and has better stability. It can hold its shape very well and withstand warmer temperatures.
