Tips and guides:
1. You can opt out tomato and chili sauce and make it into regular soup based. Just boil water with anchovies or chicken or beef broth for the soup base.
2. For the noodles, it will be hard enough to hold its shape, but it will take some time. So make sure not to stop halfway.
3. If the bottom of the noodle turns into brown, lower down the fire and continue to fry the noodles.
💡 For fast, healthy and tasty soup base, try ‘NEW’ HACO Suiss Chicken stock (made from real chicken) or beef-flavoured stocks (suitable for vegetarians).
