Ipoh White Coffee Crepe Cake
Ingredients
- 5
Eggs - 110 g
Unsalted Butter, melted - 110 g
Sugar A pinch of salt - 210 g
Cake Flour - 750 g
Milk - 3 nos Chek hup ipoh white coffee
- 200 g
Heavy cream - 200 g
Topping Cream
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients together and whisk it until no lump are visible.
- Sift the batter for a silky smooth texture
- Let it rest for 30 minutes
- By using a non-stick pan. Heat it up and pour ⅓ cup of the batter and swirl it around
- Cook it in low heat
- Repeat step until the batter is finished
- In the meantime, combine the cream and beat it until stiff peaks.
- When the crepes are cooled.smear the crepe with the cream,
- Repeat step until all crepe were used
- Coat the cake with the remaining cream and dust the sides with chek hup ipoh white coffee. Enjoy.
