Mango Ice Cream
- 160 g Condensed Milk
- 250 g Whipped Cream
- 260 g Mango
- Blend 260g mango flesh and 160g sweet condensed milk using a hand blender.
- In another bowl, whisk 250ml of whipped cream at low speed until stiff peak forms.
- Then add the mango mixture and chopped mango into the mixture and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a container and freeze it. Enjoy!
