Milk Tart
Ingredients
- 60 g Milk
- 2 Egg yolk
- 1 Cheese slice
- 25 g Sugar
- 60 g Cornstarch
Instructions
- Add sugar into the egg yolk
- Add milk
- Add cornstarch
- Mix evenly.
- Cook on high heat
- Add in 1 slice of cheese
- Stir while cooking on high heat
- Cook until it is thick and creamy
- Pour into bowl and freeze for 4 hours or more.
- Cut into cubes
- Spread egg yolk on them
- Bake at 230 C For 15 mins
So use that lonely unfinished milk sitting in your fridge. Give it some love hehe!
