Have you ever tried a nutella cookie that is made out of condensed milk? This recipe is so simple that it is only made with 3 ingredients. And all you need is to pipe nutella in between cookie biscuits.
Equipment
- Oven
- Spatulas
Ingredients
- 75 g All Purpose Flour
- 55 g Cold Butter
- 30 g Condensed Milk
Instructions
- Rub flour into cold butter until they are crumbly.
- Add in condensed milk.
- Mix until it becomes a dough.
- Roll it out thinly and use a round cookie cutter to cut it.
- Use a smaller round cutter and cut it.
- Bake it at 180c for 12 minutes to 15 minutes.
- Pipe nutella in between the cookie biscuits.
Notes
- You can chill rolled out cookie dough before using a round cutter to cut it for easier handling.
- You can also pipe peanut butter or condensed milk if you are not a big fan of nutella.
- Do not cream butter with flour or condensed milk. Rubbing butter with flour method by hand is to give a soft and crumbly cookie texture that melts in your mouth when you eat it.
- You can substitute condensed milk with icing sugar.
