There are people out there who love peanut butter so much. You can’t deny that not everyone enjoys chocolate. Oh well, for those who do not this recipe is the perfect way to fulfill your sweet tooth daily sugar requirement and cravings. The cookies are moist and really soft on the center thanks to the peanut butter who has the ability to not dry out during baking. Actually I like mine with a little bit of dried berries like cranberries and dried strawberries but for this recipe is the base of every peanut butter cookie! You can try experimenting with the ingredients and you can add any extra ingredient to enhance the deliciousness of these cookies. These cookies are using a creaming method so be sure that you leave a good distance between dough so that they won’t collide with each other.
