Can’t choose between a pizza and cupcake? Why not both? This unique cupcake is savoury and you can top it with any preferred pizza topping

Pizza Cupcake
Ingredients
Dry ingredients
- 2 cups Flour
- 1½ tsp Baking Soda
- 1½ tsp Soda Bicarbonate
- 1½ tsp Salt
Wet ingredients
- 1 nos Egg
- 1 cup Milk
- ⅓ cup Corn Oil
Topping:
- 150 g Mozzarella Cheese
- 100 g Mini Pepperonis
Instructions
- Combine and lightly whisk both the wet and dry ingredients in two separate bowls.
- Pour in the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk well.
- Then set up paper cupcake cups in a tray.
- Divide the batter equally among the cups.
- Grab a small handful of cheese and place it on top of the cupcake batter.
- Then arrange the pepperoni nicely on top of the cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for about 25 mins.
Notes
Tips and guides:
- Try with just about any pizza topping you can imagine!
- If you don’t prefer to use paper cups, you can bake it straight in a muffin pan. Just make sure to spread some butter onto the muffin pan before placing the batter.
