Pizza Cupcake

Can’t choose between a pizza and cupcake? Why not both? This unique cupcake is savoury and you can top it with any preferred pizza topping

Pizza Cupcake

Servings 12 cups
Prep Time 40 mins


Dry ingredients

  • 2 cups Flour
  • tsp Baking Soda
  • tsp Soda Bicarbonate
  • tsp Salt

Wet ingredients

  • 1 nos Egg
  • 1 cup Milk
  • cup Corn Oil


  • 150 g Mozzarella Cheese
  • 100 g Mini Pepperonis


  • Combine and lightly whisk both the wet and dry ingredients in two separate bowls.
  • Pour in the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk well.
  • Then set up paper cupcake cups in a tray.
  • Divide the batter equally among the cups.
  • Grab a small handful of cheese and place it on top of the cupcake batter.
  • Then arrange the pepperoni nicely on top of the cheese.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for about 25 mins.


Tips and guides:
  1. Try with just about any pizza topping you can imagine!
  2. If you don’t prefer to use paper cups, you can bake it straight in a muffin pan. Just make sure to spread some butter onto the muffin pan before placing the batter.
