Arla Cheese tart Montok
- 250 g Flour
- 125 g Arla Salted Butter
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 nos Egg Yolk
- 250 g Arla Cream Cheese Natural
- 15 g Arla Salted Butter
- 50 g Muscovado Sugar
- 10 g Ovalette
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- Process Arla salted butter and flour.
- Add in remaining ingredients.
- Once combines and become one cohesive dough and let it rest in chiller.
- Once rested, make it up into the pie casing. And bake in the preheated 180°c oven for 10 minutes.
- Mix all ingredients using a hand mixer and once fully mixed with no lump transfer it into piping bag.
- Pipe a little bit of the filling into 2 bowl and colour it with food coloring.
- One bowl needs to be darker for the deco outline.
- Pipe the fillings into the tart casing and pipe the design it with the coloured cream cheese.
