Always put the cap tightly.
Oxygen is one of the main components for vitamin C degradation. When vitamin C is oxidized, it doesn’t benefit your body anymore. So, do minimize the exposure of your stored orange juice to the air.
Keep it chilled and store it back into the fridge after pouring.
Malaysia’s weather can be too hot for vitamin C. Once it is exposed to warmer temperatures, the vitamin C can degrade much faster.
Keep it out of the sunlight.
Yes, sunlight may heat it up which is bad as I said before. But the light is not best for vitamin C as well. Too much sunlight exposure may deteriorate the colour as well as the quality of vitamin C.
Finish it within at least two day.
Orange juice is the freshest and contains the most vitamin C within two days after it’s packaging is opened. Not that you can’t store it longer, but it won’t supply you as much vitamin C afterwards.
