Fried Chicken Mac & Cheese Burger
Ingredients
Fried Chicken Coating
- 150 g
All purpose flour - ½ tbsp KOEPOE KOEPOE
- Ayam Goreng Lengkuas
Chicken Marination
- 200 ml
Buttermilk - 1 nos
Egg - 2 pcs Boneless chicken thigh
Mac & Cheese
- 250 g
Milk - 100 g
Parmesan cheese - 50 g
Mozzarella cheese - 200 g
Cooked macaroni - 2 tsp
Himalayan pink sea salt - 2 tsp
Black pepper course - 25 g
Butter - 25 g
Flour
Other
- 2 nos Burger bun
- 4 pcs Lettuce
- 10 g
Mayonnaise
Instructions
Chicken Marination
- Add egg into buttermilk and stir it. Then pour over chicken and let it sit.
Fried Chicken Coating
- Add all purpose flour together with KOEPOE KOEPOE Ayam Goreng Lengkuas and mix well.
Fried Chicken
- Heat up a pot of cooking oil, take the marination chicken and coat with fried chicken coating and back to marination and then again coat one more layer of fried chicken coating.
- Fry the chicken until it is light golden brown.
Mac & Cheese
- Heat up butter until it is melted then add in flour.
- Give it a stir for awhile then slowly add in milk little by little and continuously stirring it.
- Add in parmesan, mozzarella cheese, black pepper course and himalayan pink sea salt until they are melted.
- Lastly add in cooked macaroni.
Assemble
- Spread some mayonnaise on the burger bun, topped with lettuce and some mayonnaise again.
- Put the fried chicken on it and pour mac & cheese onto fried chicken.
- Lastly cover it with the burger bun.
